Fee & Rules of Membership:

1. Librarians of the Colleges of Assam under provincialized system are the members of the Association. Each member is required to apply for membership in a prescribed form with an enrolment fee of Rs 500/- (one time) and an annual membership fee of Rs 2000/- (Every financial year) towards the association.
2. A college librarian ceased to be a member of the Association unless he/she pays the annual membership fee within the period as prescribed by the executive committee. Such defaulting members shall be eligible to renew his/ her membership by paying a renewal fee of Rs. 50.00 and the annual membership fee along with the arrears.

New College Librarians of provincialized colleges of Assam are requested to become a member of ACLA to strengthen its platform. You can apply for membership online through the ACLA website with a requisite membership joining fee (one-time) of Rs 500.00 and an Annual Fee of Rs 2000.00. The fee may be deposited to the ACLA account and a scanned copy of proof of deposit may be emailed to [email protected] along with the application form.
